Snails are the most fascinating animals: they are slow and gentle, they don't make scary noises and don't have teeth yet they seem to have a great personality when you start to observe them. Some are very shy but some can be very daring and courageous and won't even get scared when manipulated quite brutally by little kids...
Snails are so easy to care for: when there's not enough water or it's too cold, they'll simply retrieve to their shell until better times. And when you want to play with them simply spray them gently with luke warm water, they won't complain or fuss, they will just go back to their shell when the fun is over...
They are resistant, they reproduce easily, they are basically slow but so sweet!
